Join as a management candidate responsible for facility operations and team management at one of the largest glamping sites in the area, scheduled to open in spring 2026 next to Tobu Zoo!

Main Responsibilities

• Creating and managing staff shifts
• Handling check-in and check-out
• Managing reservations and responding to guests via phone/email
• Supervising facility cleaning and inventory management
• Supporting meal service and training staff
• Managing SNS and web updates (e.g., Instagram, photography)
• Planning and operating lodging plans and experience programs
• Proposing local collaboration events and PR activities
• Contributing to facility creation and decoration through DIY
• Managing and training part-time and full-time staff
