Data analysis
Algorithm implementation
Development of predictive models using machine learning techniques (such as decision trees, logistic regression, random forests, Naive Bayes classifiers, k-nearest neighbors, k-means clustering, neural networks, etc.)
Analysis and hypothesis building using statistical analysis and clustering techniques

Project Examples

Development of a machine learning predictive model for sales trends affected by climate change
Data analysis using access log data
Development of a personnel allocation optimization system to improve employee satisfaction (ES) using HR data

Requirement

3+ years of professional experience in data science
Programming skills in Python, R
Experience with Hadoop, Spark
Bachelor’s degree or above in Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics
English: Business level or higher
Japanese: N3 or above
Able to relocate to Japan

Benefits

Salary: ¥3.5M – ¥5.5M annually (based on experience and skills)

Salary raise: Once per year
