Initial Work Location
- Initial assignment is expected to be within the Kansai area.

Requirement
■ Required (MUST)
- Experience in analog and digital circuit design and development
- Experience in circuit design and circuit testing/evaluation
■ Preferred (WANT)
- Project management experience
- Experience in automotive system design
- Experience in industrial equipment and industrial robot design
- Experience using various tools for design, analysis, and verification
- Experience in model-based design
- Experience in C language development (implementation level acceptable)
- RTL design experience

Salary System
- Monthly salary: 250,000 - 508,000 yen.
- The monthly salary includes a fixed allowance.
- Salary will be determined based on experience and ability, following company regulations.
- Salary increase: Once a year (April).
- Bonus: Twice a year (June, December).
- The projected annual income may be higher with increased specialization.
Annual Income Examples
- 4.6 million yen/year at age 25
- 5.87 million yen/year at age 30
- 6.3 million yen/year at age 35
- 7 million yen/year at age 40 (including 30 hours of overtime).
Work time
- 9:00 - 18:00 (8 actual working hours)
- Working hours may vary depending on the assignment location.
- Flexible time system may be available at some locations.
- Overtime allowance is paid at 100%
