Job description
You will participate in client projects in Japan, working primarily as either an Infrastructure Engineer or a Software Development Engineer.
1. Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate networks and servers (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware, Windows/Linux)
- Implement and optimize cloud systems (AWS, Azure)
- Handle system migration, configuration design, cost-effectiveness evaluation, and operational support
- Build next-generation networks and server environments for industries such as education, healthcare, finance, and logistics
2. Software Development Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop business systems for insurance, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare industries
- Participate in all phases from requirements definition, design, programming, testing, to deployment
- Technologies used: Java, SpringBoot, Vue.js, React, TypeScript, Go, C#, VB.NET, Oracle, MySQL, AWS
- Develop web applications, IoT management systems, and user interfaces for medical devices
- Design system architecture in cloud environments (AWS)
3. Work Process
- Specific projects will be decided after joining the company
- Full salary is paid during standby periods between projects
Probation period: 2 months (no change in salary and benefits)
Requirement
- Over 3 years of practical experience in system development or infrastructure building
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Able to work long-term in Japan (approx. 5 years or more)

Salary: From 235,000 JPY/month (based on experience and previous salary)
