- Team-based assignments, with projects of up to 20+ engineers.

- At least 6 months of development experience as an IT Engineer or Programmer (field not specified)
- 1,000+ projects ongoing at all times
- Open to candidates who want to grow from the basics or try new fields

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 210,000 – 350,000 JPY
- Expected annual income: 4 – 7.5 million JPY (depending on skills/experience)
- Overtime paid by the minute (not fixed)
- Salary raise: once a year

- 8.4M JPY / 37 yrs / 14 yrs exp / 4th year at company
- 6.0M JPY / 28 yrs / 8 yrs exp / 3rd year
