Job description

Support product development and process improvement through data analysis
Data preprocessing (cleaning, merging), data visualization (graphs, dashboards)
Statistical analysis, machine learning, image processing
Development of VBA tools, database creation, management, and maintenance
Support FEM simulation
Data annotation for AI models

Requirement

Requirements

Experience or training in data analysis tools
For non-Japanese candidates: at least 2 years of work experience and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher)

Preferred Skills

Excel, Access, VBA, PowerBI, SQL, Python, RPA
Certifications or knowledge in Data Science / Statistics

Employment: Full-time or Contract employee

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours, may vary depending on project)

Work Location: Office or client sites (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama – commuting preferences considered)

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Sat & Sun), national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, special leave (marriage, childbirth, bereavement, etc.), more than 120 holidays annually

Salary: Determined based on current income, experience, and skills (full commuting allowance, overtime allowance provided)
