Job description

Manage the quality, progress, and status of the project
Work and communicate directly with Japanese clients: negotiate, receive, and analyze project requirements.
Plan and coordinate employees to complete the project within the allowed timeframe and budget.
Oversee all aspects of the projects in charge, from planning, control, process, tasks, scope, time/schedule, cost, quality, human resources, information/communication, risks, documentation, and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and assign tasks to project members.
Implement and control project progress, applying modern project management methods such as PMI, Agile.
Perform other tasks as required by higher management.

At least 2 years of experience in software development project management
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with good communication skills with Japanese clients
Understanding of software development processes on Web or Mobile (iOS/Android) platforms
Knowledge of system analysis, design, and management
Programming experience is preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage
