Opening Staff – Glamping Facility

This is a position involving overall facility operations at one of the largest glamping sites in the area, scheduled to open in Spring 2026, right next to Tobu Zoo.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling check-in and check-out
• Reservation management and customer support via phone/email
• Facility cleaning and equipment management
• Assisting with meal services
• SNS and website updates, PR activities (photography, Instagram management, etc.)
• Planning accommodation programs & experience contents
• Organizing PR events and collaborations with local communities
• Facility creation and space design through DIY activities
• Managing part-time staff
• Other general glamping facility operation tasks
