Job description

Provide technical support for PCs, software, and systems
Handle basic IT troubleshooting and coordination
Communicate with internal staff to understand and resolve system-related requests
Liaise with technical teams for escalations
Work onsite in a high-tech manufacturing environment

Requirement

Must-have:

Basic PC/IT knowledge, no deep technical experience required
Japanese: N1 (or strong N2-level speaking ability)
Native-level Chinese

Nice-to-have:

Experience in internal IT or SE roles
Business-level English ability

Benefits

Base Salary: ¥280,000/month + Assignment allowance ¥50,000

Support provided for conversion to direct employment at JASM

Work time

Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime: Minimal (1–2 hrs/month, only if requested)
