Job description

You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of Japan travel experiences for Latin American travel agencies. This includes tour planning, arrangement, and intermediary support.

● Key Responsibilities:

Negotiating with contracted travel agents from Latin America
Creating tailored itineraries and price quotations
Developing custom tours for Latin American clients
Arranging services such as accommodation, transportation, interpreters, and security
Handling bookings, reservations, and ticketing based on requests from the sales team

Requirement

Required Qualifications

Passion and genuine interest in the travel industry or global business
Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, and business email communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the travel or inbound tourism sector
Desire to use English, Spanish, or Portuguese in a business setting
Willingness to support operations or assist in Japanese, regardless of native language
Open to change and eager to take on new challenges
