Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Updating and improving existing tourism programs (including anniversary projects)
- Managing operations such as guide arrangements and coordination with partners
- Supporting visitor reception in collaboration with attraction and promotion team
- Implementing tourism policies in cooperation with local government
- Handling various other tasks related to visitor coordination and management
Additional Notes
You will be responsible for managing and selling “Yuugakuken” (Educational Tour Pass) for school trips, including arranging guides and on-site support.
This role offers high engagement with local tourism operators and a strong sense of fulfillment.

Requirement
【Required Qualifications】
- Valid driver’s license
- No experience required, but a strong passion for promoting Nagasaki tourism
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

- Experience in tourism planning, operations, or sales
- Experience planning or managing educational or experiential tours
- Experience in guide arrangement, tour support, or local business coordination
