Job description
- Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare and report to the parent company
- Handle financial accounting and management accounting under both J-GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with audits, taxation, and preparation of financial statements
Requirement
- Strong knowledge of accounting (BS, PL, SS, IFRS)
- Audit and tax experience
- Ability to manage all accounting and financial operations

- Working hours: 9:00–17:15 (full flextime after 3 months)
- Overtime: approx. 20 hours/month
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 520,000 – 690,000 JPY
- Annual income: approx. 8.5 – 11.45 million JPY
- Bonus: twice a year (June & December, standard ~4.5 months, variable)
