Job description
Technical Support
- Operation support for Veeva Vault system in the pharmaceutical industry
- Helpdesk, setting changes, user management, version updates, testing new features, user training
Project Management
- Managing global Veeva Vault projects
- Requirement gathering from clients, coordination with stakeholders in Japan and overseas
- Online meetings with global teams (business-level English required)
Requirement
- Experience as a Systems Engineer (SE) or in technical support
- Business-level English (ability to travel abroad)
- Preferred: experience with Veeva Vault, pharmaceutical industry, or international project management

- Working hours: 9:00–17:15 (full flextime after 3 months)
- Overtime: approx. 20 hours/month
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 310,000 – 570,000 JPY
- Annual income: approx. 5.2 – 9.5 million JPY
- Bonus: twice a year (June & December, standard 4.5 months, variable)
