Job description

Support Japanese travelers with Turkish Air & Travel, right in the heart of Turkey!

This role combines customer care and supplier coordination to ensure travelers enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to traveler inquiries (in Japanese) before and during their trip
  • Provide on-site emergency support during travel
  • Arrange local services: transportation, guides, hotels, restaurants
  • Negotiate with local suppliers and confirm logistics
  • Collaborate with the Japan-based office to share local updates

Skills & Experience Gained

Requirement

Required Qualifications
