Job description
Support Japanese travelers with Turkish Air & Travel, right in the heart of Turkey!
This role combines customer care and supplier coordination to ensure travelers enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to traveler inquiries (in Japanese) before and during their trip
- Provide on-site emergency support during travel
- Arrange local services: transportation, guides, hotels, restaurants
- Negotiate with local suppliers and confirm logistics
- Collaborate with the Japan-based office to share local updates
Skills & Experience Gained
- Hands-on experience in the Turkish tourism industry
- International communication skills using English
- Negotiation and customer service capabilities

Requirement
Required Qualifications
