Job description

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of networks and servers, as well as technical support for PCs and related hardware.

Overview

  • Project assignment depends on experience and joining time.
  • Many assignments are long-term and involve working for major clients.
  • Possible involvement in data center migration or tech support from hardware vendors.
  • Career advancement to upstream tasks (design, build) is possible depending on performance.

Example Projects

  • Operation of SaaS-based monitoring or backup services
  • Maintenance of Windows servers
  • Banking systems operation including job creation with JP1/AJS
  • Monitoring of government networks using Zabbix/Nagios
  • Operation and support for AWS cloud environments

Requirement

Mandatory

  • 3+ months of hands-on experience (excluding training) in one or more of the following:
  • Network/server operations, maintenance, or monitoring
  • Helpdesk (first-line support)
  • Technical support

Preferred

  • Vendor certifications like CCNA or LPIC

Benefits

  • Monthly: ¥285,000 – ¥375,000
  • Base: ¥265,000 – ¥355,000
