Job description
You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining network and server systems, as well as providing technical support for devices such as PCs.
Role Overview
- Project assignment is based on your experience and joining time
- Many long-term projects with major enterprise clients
- Projects may include data center migration and vendor-driven tech support

Project Examples
- Operation of SaaS-based monitoring or backup systems
- Windows server maintenance
- Banking core system operation (job creation via JP1/AJS)
- Government network system monitoring using Zabbix or Nagios
- Operation and user support in AWS cloud environments
Requirement
Mandatory (minimum 3 months of practical experience, excluding training)
- Operation/maintenance/monitoring of network or servers
- First-line helpdesk support
- Technical support
Preferred
- Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, LPIC)

- Base Salary: ¥265,000 – ¥355,000
