Job description
■ Background
To strengthen hiring capacity in the software domain. Candidates are expected to drive innovative hiring strategies responding to the growing demand in IoT and DX.

■ Responsibilities
- Plan recruitment schedules, conduct 2nd/final interviews, and track progress
- Collaborate with branding/web team
- Develop new sourcing strategies (SNS, events, talent pools, etc.)
- Coordinate with other teams (sales, training)
- Manage recruitment costs and analyze KPIs with in-house analysts
- Handle full cycle: sourcing → screening → onboarding → follow-up
Requirement
■ Must-Have (any of the following):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience planning or improving hiring strategy
- Data analysis and KPI management experience
- Project management experience in recruitment
- Vendor/partner coordination skills
■ Nice-to-Have:
- Hiring experience in SIer/IT vendor
- Team lead or management experience
■ Ideal Traits:

Benefits
■ Salary
- Assistant Manager: ¥405,000–479,000/month (Annual: ¥4.86M–¥5.75M)
- Manager: ¥416,000–560,000/month (Annual: ¥4.99M–¥6.72M)
