Job description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including English contracts
  • Handle legal matters related to internal business operations
  • Provide legal consultation to internal departments
  • Support dispute resolution and claims with external legal counsel
  • Potential to lead junior legal staff and manage small teams

Requirement

Must-have:

  • At least 3 years of legal experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with English contract review
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Japanese proficiency: N1 level

Nice-to-have:

  • Law-related certification or legal qualification
  • Experience in dispute settlement and claims handling
  • Team management or leadership experience
