Job description
- Manage internal facilities (phones, meeting rooms, supplies)
- Purchase and control office consumables
- Assist in internal event organization and employee welfare
- Contract and vendor management
- Handle internal requests from departments
- Maintain smooth daily operations
Requirement
Must-have:
- Detail-oriented with admin capability
- Japanese: N2 or higher
- Basic Excel/Word skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in general affairs/admin roles
- Facility and internal system management
- Previous experience working in Japan
