Job description

  • Manage internal facilities (phones, meeting rooms, supplies)
  • Purchase and control office consumables
  • Assist in internal event organization and employee welfare
  • Contract and vendor management
  • Handle internal requests from departments
  • Maintain smooth daily operations

Requirement

Must-have:

  • Detail-oriented with admin capability
  • Japanese: N2 or higher
  • Basic Excel/Word skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in general affairs/admin roles
  • Facility and internal system management
  • Previous experience working in Japan
