Job description

Mechanical Design

Tasks will be in the following areas: Automotive (passenger cars, commercial vehicles), Aerospace, Industrial machinery, Home appliances, etc.

Development tasks to be carried out include:

Concept design, basic design, detailed design, product design
Analysis and evaluation using CAD software

Electrical and Electronic Design

Automotive (passenger cars, commercial vehicles), Robotics, Industrial machinery, Home appliances, etc.
Development tasks related to concept design, basic design, detailed design, product design, implementation evaluation, reliability evaluation, and more in the electronic hardware field.

Testing and Certification

For automotive (passenger cars, commercial vehicles), ships, agricultural, construction, industrial machinery, drones, etc.

Tasks related to data collection, evaluation, analysis, and experimental work, including development of electrification technologies for vehicles, engines, drivetrain, units, and more.

Requirement

Expected to graduate (or complete studies) in March 2026 from the following institutions: Graduate School, University, Technical College, Junior College, Vocational School.

Graduates are also eligible to apply

Applicants who graduate from junior college, technical college, or vocational school can only apply for technical positions.

Benefits

Salary:

Graduate school (PhD): 274,000 yen
Graduate school (Master’s): 261,000 yen
University, Technical College (Specialized Course), Vocational School (4 years): 250,000 yen
Vocational School (3 years): 247,000 yen
Junior College, Technical College (Basic Course), Vocational School (2 years): 243,000 yen

(Including a contribution allowance of 55,000 yen)

Other allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, remote work allowance (for eligible individuals), and other allowances.

Salary Increase / Decrease: Available (determined according to company regulations).

Holidays & Leave: Full 2-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, flexible holidays (3 days per year).

Paid leave: Paid leave, special leave (for ceremonies, funerals), and other leave. Total holidays per year: 125 days (2024 fiscal year results).
