Job Description
- Design of production equipment for automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors
- Participate from the production planning stage of new car development or model changes
- Analyze issues with clients, propose and build optimal equipment (jigs, robots, devices)
- Opportunity to manage large-scale projects (5–10 billion yen)

Requirement
Requirements
- Experience in designing production equipment
- Experience in jig design OR
- Experience in large component design
Preferred
- Experience in press dies
Education: High school or above (college, university, graduate school acceptable)
Language/Certification: JLPT N2 or higher

Compensation & Working Conditions
- Annual salary: 4.5M – 9M yen
- Monthly salary: 310,000 – 560,000 yen
- Bonus: Twice/year + up to 2 additional performance-based (max 4/year)
- Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (8h/day, 1h break)
- Overtime: Avg. 22h/month (paid)
- Holidays: 123 days/year (weekends, public holidays, summer, New Year)
