Job description
- Participate in the entire process from requirement definition to development and operation of core systems (sales management, cost management, accounting, production planning & control).
- Plan, implement, and operate IT systems for DX (digital transformation).
- Vendor management: requirement coordination, ordering, deliverable verification, and deployment.
- Support projects at overseas offices (China, North America).

Mandatory
- Experience in upstream SE processes (planning, requirement definition) – 5+ years.
- Project management experience.
- Japanese: Business level or higher
Preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- English or Chinese language ability.
Education: Technical college, University, or Graduate school

- Annual salary: 5.5M – 7M yen
- Monthly salary: from 290,000 yen (basic included)
- Bonus: Twice/year (Jul, Dec) + performance-based (Mar, Sep)
- Working hours: 8:30–17:30 (8h/day, 1h break)
- Overtime: Avg. 22h/month (paid)
