Job description
After joining the company as a Store Manager or Area Manager Candidate (AM), you will first undergo onboarding training and department-specific training.
You will then be assigned to one of the company’s stores.
Career Path
- 3 months: Master kitchen and service operations
- 6 months: Learn management duties and take on responsibilities
Requirement
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 equivalent
At least 1 year of full-time work experience is highly welcomed
※ Candidates with part-time restaurant experience have also been hired

Eligible majors for Specified Skilled Worker Visa:
① Definitely accepted: Economics, Business Administration, Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Commerce, Sociology

Benefits
Salary & Benefits
- Annual income: 3,750,000 ~ 5,300,000 JPY
- Monthly salary: 225,000 ~ 357,000 JPY (including allowances)
- Base salary: 205,000 ~ 225,000 JPY
- Average overtime: Store staff 13.7 hrs/month, Company-wide 18 hrs/month
- Overtime pay provided
- Bonus: Twice a year (June & December), equivalent to 4 months’ base salary (100% paid in past records)
- Salary raise: Once a year

Working Hours
