Job Description
- Operate experiential tours or shops for 100–200 participants
- Build and improve tour & workshop operation systems
- Handle P/L management, equipment procurement, staff hiring & coordination
- Create operation manuals for new tour programs
- Propose and execute initiatives to improve stakeholder satisfaction

Requirement
Required
- At least 3 years of store or event operations experience
