Job description
Specific Responsibilities
- Formulate business strategies and execute them to grow revenue and profit
- Build relationships and drive orders with overseas travel agencies and MICE clients
- Manage and train team members
- Oversee project progress and control quality
- Acquire new clients at domestic/international events (e.g., travel expos)

- Strategic planning and operational management in DMC business
- Negotiation and communication skills with international clients
- Organizational and team management capabilities
- Data and workflow optimization using IT tools

Requirement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with international clients
- Proven track record in increasing revenue/profit through team management
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
- Proficiency in IT tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B sales experience in a travel agency
- Experience working in inbound-related businesses
