- Email handling: check and reply
- Booking arrangements: private cars, buses, hotels, guides, tickets (purchase at stations if needed)
- Emergency support: about once a week (more during busy seasons)
- Team meetings: about once a month
- After getting used to the job: assist in sales tasks such as preparing quotations
Examples of emergency situations
- Last-minute tour time change or cancellation
- Lost Shinkansen ticket → support repurchase
- Mismatch between itinerary and booking details (e.g., hotel rooms)
- Unable to meet guide or driver
Skills You Will Gain
- Hands-on experience in inbound travel support
- Intermediate English + native-level Japanese communication skills
- Basic PC operation skills (Excel / Word)
- Flexibility and ability to handle urgent situations
Requirement
Must-have
- Japanese: native level
- English: intermediate level (handling foreign guests)
- For foreign nationals: valid work visa required
- 2-week training period at the office
Preferred
- Able to bring personal laptop
- Basic Office skills
