Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and launch activity tours for Western travelers (Europe/US/Australia)
- Maximize sales and profitability of existing activities
- Oversee and improve the quality of tour operations
- Manage team revenue, profit, and budgeting
- Lead a team of 4+ members
- Coordinate with guides and regional partners (stakeholder engagement)
