Job description
- Manage and design corporate IT infrastructure (Azure AD, M365, Intune)
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust security policies
- Collaborate with Security and Helpdesk teams to optimize user experience and safety
- Design and maintain on-premise and hybrid cloud networks
- Select and operate infrastructure tools (VPN, Switch, Wi-Fi AP, SSO systems)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve infrastructure
Requirement
Must-have:
- Experience in corporate IT infrastructure (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, M365)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, SSO, and internal network architecture
- Proactive mindset with logical thinking and improvement orientation
- Japanese language: N2 or above
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with hybrid cloud deployments
- Certifications in Microsoft, security, or network infrastructure
- English communication skill in global teams
