Job description
- Plan and manage product roadmap based on business strategy and user needs
- Define and clarify technical and business requirements
- Lead development process including timeline and quality management
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams for decision-making
- Monitor KPIs post-release and continuously improve the product
Requirement
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles
- Solid understanding of system architecture and development lifecycle
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Ability to identify and prioritize user problems logically
- Native-level Japanese or business-level English communication
Nice-to-have:
- Interest or knowledge in cryptocurrency or fintech
- Experience in planning/developing large-scale web or mobile apps
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices
- Technical PM background
- English proficiency for coordination with global teams/vendors
