Job description
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with JGAAP and IFRS
- Support financial consolidation of global subsidiaries
- Oversee accounting reports from international offices (US, EU, etc.)
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and legal consultants
- Drive process improvements and internal control in global accounting
Requirement
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in financial or general accounting
- Familiarity with JGAAP or IFRS
- Strong analytical, reporting, and logical thinking skills
- Native-level Japanese (N1) for financial documentation
- Excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in MNCs or group consolidation accounting
- CPA qualification (Japan or equivalent)
- English communication skills (email, meetings, audit interaction)
- Interest or background in fintech / crypto is a plus
