Job description
- Plan and define requirements/specs for new services
- Lead planning and improvements for existing platforms
- Form project teams and manage execution and progress
- Create and support release planning
- Handle various project-related business development tasks
Requirement
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience as PM or team lead in web development (non-package)
- Strong coordination with engineers, executives, and business side
- Skilled in writing reports, specs, and requirement definitions
- Excellent PM skills in quality, cost, and timeline control
Nice-to-have:
- PM certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial industries
- Business-level English and/or native-level Japanese
