Job description
- Analyze trends in crypto, finance, technology, and Web3 sectors
- Conduct competitive analysis on products, marketing strategies, features
- Perform qualitative & quantitative research on user insight and journey
- Estimate market size, potential growth, and demand
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
Requirement
Must-have:
- 3+ years in market research or data analytics
- Skilled in Excel / Google Sheets for data summarization
- Strong report writing & presentation experience
- Native Japanese, basic English reading (research use)
- Excellent communication with both internal & external teams
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge or work experience in crypto / NFT / Web3
- Skilled in SQL / Python / R for analytics & data visualization
- Experience with international market research
- Background in UX research or user interview
- Experience in consulting firms or fast-paced startups
